BACKGROUND
Freedom & growth have been the priorities for my partner and I during the 28 years we have been together. We live between Bournemouth, UK and Lisbon, Portugal and have bought up 3 wonderful (now adult) kids.
I left a successful career in corporate business to focus on empowering people to live the life that they most want. I have 25 years experience in managing and growing businesses, as well as juggling family life, so I know and have dealt with many of the challenges that life throws at us and am here to support you.
I’m a fully qualified and insured coach, covering both business and personal wellness. I am also a qualified sound therapist, and where helpful, can introduce this into our sessions.
