What we’ll build:
Market entry strategy, outreach frameworks, pipeline tracking, bid management and process documentation so you can transition to recruited employee(s) over time.
How it works:
Phase 1: Plan (Typically 4 days, £3,400)
Target market identification, competitive positioning, pricing strategy, operational requirements.
Phase 2: Implementation (Typically 3 days/month for 3 months, £2,550/month)
Active prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone. Pipeline tracking, program coordination, process refinement.
Typical Total Investment: £11,050 over 3 months
Once processes are documented and working, I’ll support you in bringing in lower-cost support to continue the work.

∙ If after some sessions, consulting is the right path, we transition
∙ Unused coaching sessions are credited toward consulting Phase 1
